Build covers the one-time project. Care supports the website after launch. Compare shows the differences that matter.
Website Build is the one-time work required to plan, create, test, and launch the approved website.
New DWS websites include a client-owned Google Analytics 4 property, website tracking connection, tag installation, enhanced measurement, basic form, call, and text tracking where technically supported, confirmation that Analytics is collecting data, and DWS management access.
Website Care is the monthly service that keeps the website hosted, protected, monitored, updated, and supported after launch.
Minor edits are changes to existing text, links, and pictures within the current page layout. Picture edits may include replacing, cropping, resizing, compressing, and optimizing client-supplied images.
Minor edits do not include new pages, new page sections, layout redesign, new forms, new features, major copywriting, custom graphics, new integrations, or marketing campaigns. Unused time does not roll over.
Shared Care features appear once. This comparison shows the meaningful differences.
DWS writes copy for up to three service-area pages. The client supplies accurate facts and approves the final copy. Extensive research, major rewrites, and extra pages cost more.
AI subscription, usage, advanced training, automation, and ongoing management fees are separate. All other integrations are separately quoted and identified in the written proposal.
DWS does not guarantee rankings, calls, leads, revenue, or a specific conversion result.
Add only what fits the next goal
Website plans cover the approved website scope and Website Care. Foundation, visibility, CRM, print, and selected marketing services are separately priced unless the written proposal says otherwise.
Set up, improve, or actively care for one profile without a ranking promise.
Setup: $249 with a DWS website or $349 standalone
Care: $99/month with DWS Website Care or $149/month standalone
The client remains the primary owner. DWS receives manager access for approved work. Clients should not send account passwords through ordinary email or website forms.
DWS may post responses only when the client approves the response process in writing and grants required manager access.
Additional locations are $199 setup and $79/month care per location.
Reinstatement, suspension appeals, duplicate-profile disputes, large citation-cleanup projects, and work outside the listed scope are separately quoted. DWS does not promise rankings.
Organize leads, follow-up, customer information, and website inquiries with an approved CRM.
Setup: $699 or $1,199
Custom: starting at $1,500
Care: $79 or $129/month
EspoCRM is the standard supported CRM. SuiteCRM or another platform is available only by custom quote after technical review.
Custom CRM starts at $1,500 for complex automation, multiple departments, large or unorganized imports, advanced dashboards, multiple integrations, extensive customization, SuiteCRM, or another approved platform.
One standard website-to-CRM connection is included with Authority or $249 separately. It includes one website form, one supported CRM, standard field matching, lead-delivery testing, and sending the inquiry to the correct lead stage.
Essentials Care — $79/month: hosting, SSL, backups, updates, uptime monitoring, basic support, and up to 3 users.
Team Care — $129/month: everything in Essentials, up to 8 users, monthly CRM-health review, up to 30 minutes of minor configuration help, and priority queue placement.
New automation, data cleanup, new modules, new-user training, sales consulting, and third-party fees are not included.
The client supplies and maintains the email account or email-service credentials required for CRM email delivery. DWS configures the supported connection. Email-service subscriptions and sending fees are separate.
Add basic Google Analytics 4 measurement to an existing website.
$199 one time
Included: client-owned GA4 property, website tracking connection, tag installation, basic form, call, and text tracking where technically supported, confirmation that Analytics is collecting data, client access, and a short completion report.
Ecommerce tracking, advertising tracking, booking-system tracking, tracking across more than one website or booking system, and connecting website activity to CRM results are separately quoted.

Readable public summary
Founder’s Pricing is currently active. Your base Website Care rate remains locked while your account stays active on the same plan and in good standing. Scope changes, plan changes, third-party charges, taxes, and separately purchased services are not included in the rate lock.
Website Care and hosting may be canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice. Notice must be sent to support@dykeswebshop.com.
The account must remain current through the notice period. Hosting and support remain active through the paid notice period.
After all amounts due under the client’s account and service agreement have been paid, and Website Care and hosting have ended, Dykes’ Webshop will provide the website files and a database export when applicable within 7–10 business days.
Dykes’ Webshop does not migrate, install, configure, troubleshoot, or test the website on another hosting provider.
New-host setup and migration are the responsibility of the client or the client’s new provider. Work requested after termination is separately priced.
The client owns the domain and should be listed as the registrant. DWS may manage registration, renewals, DNS, and technical settings while the applicable service remains active.
Domain registration and renewal charges are identified in the client’s proposal or service agreement.
On termination, DWS supplies registrar access or the authorization code after account obligations are satisfied. Domain handoff does not include website migration.
Client-owned licenses: The client purchases and owns the account and renewal responsibility.
DWS-managed licenses: The feature remains available only while the applicable DWS service remains active and where the vendor permits managed licensing.
Open-source software: Files may be delivered, but updates, monitoring, security work, hosting, and technical support end when Website Care ends.
Every proposal should identify the product, account owner, renewal responsibility, transfer rights, subscription requirements, and what happens after cancellation.
This website presents a readable summary. The written service agreement controls cancellation, late or failed payment, Founder’s Pricing rate locks, file delivery, hosting termination, domain handoff, third-party licensing, scope changes, CRM services, and software services.
